Even cable Ukrainian TV cut off in Simferopol

There are now only some Ukrainian entertainment; musical or children’s TV channels, and that only for the minority with cable television

Interfax Ukraine reports that the cable TV operator in Simferopol on Saturday stopped broadcasting a number of Ukrainian TV channels.  The channels Inter; 1 + 1; 2 + 2; Channel 5; ICTV; Novy Kanal; News 24; NTH and RADA were but off, with various Russian TV channels included instead.

You can still watch some Ukrainian entertainment; musical or children’s TV channels on cable TV.

In March, following Russia’s annexation of the Crimea, all analogue and didital broadcasting of Ukrainian channels was stopped , with the frequencies given to Russian channels.
