Judge Olena Sitailo

The Kyiv Court of Appeal has just upheld the sentence passed on 11 October against former Prime Minister and opposition leader, Yulia Tymoshenko over the 2009 gas accords with Russia.

The panel of judges’ decision was announced after a 30 minute period in the consulting chambers by presiding judge Olena Sitailo.
