A press conference at 11.30 on 4 August. has been called by the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union and Kharkiv Human Rights Group to discuss the creation of a Public Committee against Political Perseuction.

A press conference will be held between 11.30 and 12.30 on 4 August. It has been organized by the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union and Kharkiv Human Rights Group to discuss the creation of a Public Committee against Political Perseuction.
