President brings another Donetsk judge to Kyiv

President Yanukovyh has appointed Oleh Linnych judge of the Shevchenkivsky District Court in Kyiv. He was transferred from the Maryinsky District Court in the Donetsk region.

At the beginning of June a Presidential Decree was issued, moving two more judges from Donetsk to the Economic Court in Kyiv.  Maria Lyubchenko was until now a judge of the Donetsk Regional Economic Court, while Yevhen Shaptal was working as a judge of a district court in Donetsk.

In May the daughter of the Crimean Prime Minister Vasyl Dzharty became the Deputy Head of the same Court.

The Decree moved more than 10 judges from one court to another.
