A new bulletin

The first issue of the information bulletin ‘Aspect’ has been published. The new edition was created by the public organization ‘Donetsk Memorial’ and is intended for the personnel of penitentiary establishments, representatives of NGOs and journalists. The presentation of the bulletin was held in Donetsk on 6 February.
